Ncp150 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ncp150 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities

To access the full range of ncp150 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform.
Personal information provided during registration must be truthful and not misleading.
Ncp150 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage as a security measure.
Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date should any changes occur.
Any attempt to defraud, manipulate the system, or use a false identity will result in immediate account closure.

3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities

The ncp150 platform is intended for lawful entertainment and sports betting purposes. Users are required to use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia or the country in which they reside.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ncp150 platform:

Ncp150 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Payments, Transactions & Account Policy

All financial transactions on the ncp150 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Ncp150 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen method and internal verification requirements. Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified account registered under the same name as the platform account.

With regard to account policy, ncp150 reserves the right to:

Temporarily suspending an account for investigation or security verification purposes.
Permanently closing an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.
Withholding funds in an account while an active investigation is ongoing.
Voiding bonuses or rewards obtained through unauthorised or irregular means.

Any transaction disputes must be reported to our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Late reports may not be able to be processed.

5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Ncp150 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. All content on the ncp150 platform — including design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ncp150 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written authorisation.

The platform may contain links or references to third-party websites. ncp150 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss arising from the use of such links. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ncp150 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with the applicable rules.
